xfunction Masters II with €1,450

xfunction has announced that it will host an European online tournament with a prize purse of €1,450.

xfunction Masters II was initially supposed to be played offline at Clube de Jogos de Matosinhos but the event organisers decided to meet the request of several teams and hold it online instead.

Scheduled for March 28-29, the tournament, sponsored by Hitbox and SteelSeries, will be limited to 16 teams and will begin with a round-robin group stage, followed by the single-elimination knockout stages.

To sign up for xfunction Masters II, which has an entry fee of €50, simply send an e-mail to tournaments@xfunction.org. The prize distribution is the following:

1. €900 + 5x SteelSeries Siberia v3
2. €400 + 5x SteelSeries 6Gv2
3. €150 + 5x MP800 Mars gaming
4. 5 x MC3 Mars Gaming

k1ck came out on top of the first edition of xfunction Masters, which took place in December on LAN, after beating AlienTech 2-1 in the grand final.
